We are committed to your satisfaction with every purchase at InUndies. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we have a return policy in place to assist you.

• Return Notification: Please notify your return within 14 days of receipt using the online return form.
• Undamaged Products: Returned products must be unused, unworn, and returned in the original packaging.
• Limitations: Worn or washed items cannot be returned. Items may be tried on, but for hygienic reasons, we kindly request this to be done over your own underwear.
• Return in Original Condition: Ensure that the returned products are sent back in the same condition as you received them. The return should also be made in the original packaging.

If your return does not meet the specified conditions, unfortunately, it is not possible to return the product. We ask for understanding and compliance with our return conditions for a smooth handling.
