You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Procedure:

1. Registration: Register your return within 14 days of receipt via our online return form. Have your order number and the email address associated with your account ready.
2. Packing: Carefully pack the items you want to return.
3. Shipping: Take the package to the nearest PostNL point as soon as possible. You will receive a delivery address with a tracking & trace code to follow the return package.
4. Refund: Once we receive the item, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 3 working days.

IMPORTANT! Ensure that you make a return registration in advance; otherwise, your return shipment will not be processed, and you will not receive a refund.
