How do I place an order?

Ordering from InUndies is simple, whether you want to create an account or not! Should you still need help, the following explains how the ordering process works:

1. Add products to your shopping cart:

Browse through the products on the webshop.
Click on the desired product for more details.
Select the correct size.
Add the product to your shopping cart. This is indicated by the 'Add to your cart' button.

2. View shopping basket:

Go to your shopping cart, it can be found in the top right corner of the page.
Check that the correct products are in your shopping cart.

3. Complete order:

To proceed to the checkout process, it is necessary to agree to the terms and conditions.
Click on 'Proceed to checkout'.
Fill in shipping information, such as your name, address and contact information.

4. Check order:

Check the order and the shipping and billing information carefully before paying for the order.
If you do not see the products in the shopping cart, click on 'View' in your order summary.

5. Select payment method:

Choose the payment method that suits you best.
Follow the instructions to complete your order using this payment method.

6. Email confirmation:

After completing your order, we will send a confirmation email. Please check your spam box as this e-mail may end up there. It contains all the details regarding your order.
